First: Do not worry about Training, you need this money saved up. Of course, if over half of your guys are level 10 already, train the rest. Keep your money above 1000, though. Now, start paying attention to Alignment. Make 2 chaotic units by killing Young Dragons on the Tenne Plains. Make them dead chaotic. Be smart about which ones to make chaotic, too.
